Following advise that appeared for another user, I tried to run 
rebaseall on the 64 bit Windows host.  It failed:

    $ rebaseall
    ReBaseImage (/usr/bin/cyggcc_s-1.dll) failed with last error = 6

Maybe this is related to the ssh with keys failure?
