Maybe is there a bug in cygcheck ?
Maybe there are others ways that looking in env['PATH'] to construct your
"Pathes check" that i am not aware ?
Maybe PATH is not related to performance issues, afterall...

But for the moment, and my current knowledge, i don't see any duplicates in=
 the
$PATH variable.
