Hello,


I have been trying to install the latest Numpy for the Cygwin Python.
However, upon running the following, I get the following

>File "numpy/core/setup.py", line 253, in check_mathlib
>  raise EnvironmentError("math library missing; rerun "
>EnvironmentError: math library missing; rerun setup.py after setting the MATHLIB env variable

Being quite new to Cygwin, I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed with setting this.
