First off - thanks Corinna - the rxvt/run issue on Windows 7 is
resolved with 1.7 - thread:

Now onto reporting bugs... =A0I am running cygwin =A01.7.0-62 on Windows 7.

'ls' on network drives is failing. =A0Also, mount -c '/' does not seem
to stick. =A0Yes, I vaguely recall that =A0'/' is discouraged... =A0unless
that has changed as of late.

Here is the test case with results:
