Thanks for the praise!  Now everyone else can enjoy what I've been beta
testing for the last year!  I can't take all the credit; Ralf Wildenhues
and Paolo Bonzini were also heavy-hitters for this, but between the three
of us, we really DID trim off a lot of unnecessary bulk in both size and
number of forks.  And it just goes to show that cygwin is consistently
getting better when one of the primary autoconf developers uses cygwin as
his primary development environment, so there is also some thanks to hand
to cgf and Corinna for responding to my frequent bug reports.
