Yep.  I had to go through a full reinstall of my NT4 system and I
couldn't believe how quickly it went, how few problems I had, and how
snappy the system felt when I was done.  So count me as a fan of NT4.

I just don't know why the Cygwin developers insist on breaking things
there!  They must hate end users like me.
