/dev is not populated in the usual way but the devices=20
are there :-)

$ls -l /dev/ttyS1
crw-rw-rw- 1 .. /dev/ttyS1

$ ls -l /dev/ttyS8
crw-rw-rw- 1 .. /dev/ttyS8

$ ls -l /dev/ttyS10
crw-rw-rw- 1 .. /dev/ttyS10
