Version 4.38-2 of glpk,libglpk0,libglpk-devel
have been uploaded for cygwin-1.7.

The GLPK (GNU Linear Programming Kit) package is=20
intended for solving large-scale linear=20
programming (LP), mixed integer programming (MIP),
 and other related problems. It is a set of=20
routines written in ANSI C and organized in=20
the form of a callable library.

This is a new mainstream release with some routine
improvements.
