I just uploaded a new setup-1.7.exe (2.618) to
http://cygwin.com/setup-1.7.exe, which should fix the crash in which
could occur in 2.617 right before running the postinstall scripts,
as reported in http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2009-05/msg00199.html.

Please replace your local version of setup-1.7.exe with this one.
