  This is my other nomination for the user interface hall of shame for
setup.exe.  I think taking window layout control out of the hands of the user
is just never a good thing.

  I think the optimal solution would be to make setup.exe remember its last
used window size, like everything else does, so that you set it the way you
like it once the first time you use it and then it's just right from then on in.

  It's on my TO-DO list, but so are a lot of things :-/
