I am trying the following command on DOS command prompt and it does not wor=
k.
There is a process which writes to STDOUT and the following command captures
it[from STDIN] and writes to a file.Please help in this regard.
cat > $root/qfile =E2=80=98> $root/script=E2=80=9D but /tmp qfile itself is=
 not created.

cygiwn version - 1.5.25-15
Active State Perl- 5.8
