Lines 4 and 5 of the Makefile define LIB_UNISIM and LIB_IEEE using paths th=
at are Windows path (meaning that they contain a colon as in "C:\Tools"). T=
his confuses "make" it seems. If you change them to a reasonable filename s=
tructure (reasonable for "make") then it seems to progress.

I tested with "make -n -f Makefile" to reproduce the problem. By removing t=
he colons, the "make" stopped complaining and progressed.

Can you use the Unix-style of paths for these two symbols rather than the W=
indows-style names? I would also suggest replacing the reverse-slash charac=
ters "\" with forward-slash characters "/" in the path.
