Hi,

Is there any tool in cygwin that allows me to change the properties of
a device driver? I have TV tuner card, but have a camera plugged into
the Composite port. After each reboot the driver switches back to use
"TV tuner" as input, and I have to change it to use "Composite". I
want to automate this process.

/Morten
