Marco,
   thanks for the direct url to the official package repository.  That enab=
led me to build imagemagick with jpeg-2000. Until yesterday, the libjasper-=
devel package did not show in my setup.exe's library or graphics category l=
ist.  Perhaps is was a propagation error to mirror sites or some kind of in=
i file was not configured correctly, that has been fixed.
