  Two bugfixes FYI:

after

add

      if (!*optarg)
	break;

change
      /* If there's any more, we do insist on at least one separator.  */
      if (optarg && !is_flag_sep (*optarg))
to

      if (*optarg && !is_flag_sep (*optarg))
