like perhaps a repeatable option

--peflags=[+-]tsaware|[+-]aslr|[+-]nx|[+-]wstrim

(note that not all of these flags affect the same field in the pe header).

or something even more generic but more powerful, WAY more dangerous,
and harder to use, like

--pehdrval=fieldname,hexval
