So fortran has been added since the last time the mirrors were 
accessible (about Thursday)?
Unable to get setup-2.ini from mirrors.kernel.org  (tried about 4 mirror 
sites, same message).
Does this require blowing away the entire cygwin installation to attempt 
from scratch?
