Solved:
The owner of the rsyncd process (normally system) need execute permissions
on /etc/Backup/pre-exec.sh and /etc/Backup/post-exec.sh
Therefore:
 chgrp system /etc/Backup/pre-exec.sh
 chmod g+x /etc/Backup/pre-exec.sh
is necessary for both scripts.
