Can I request that people prepend their email subjects concerning Cygwin
1.7 with a [1.7]?  That will make it immediately obvious when we're
talking about the new release.

In fact adding a standard word after the 1.7 would also allow easier
categorizing:

[1.7] Suggestion
[1.7] Problem
[1.7] Question

Just a [1.7] suggestion.
