I use a batch file like this one. I don't schedule it, but that should
not be a problem. The biggest problem is open files.

@echo off
c:
cd \Cygwin
net stop sshd
setup --quiet-mode --no-shortcuts --no-startmenu --no-desktop
net start sshd
