Why, in Cygwin, we can't have gcc.exe (i.e 4.3.2) and gcc-3.4.exe, etc... For the sake of completeness, with your gcc-4-4.3.2 I have built some applications: Emacs-cvs (C) Cernlib (<= F77) ROOT (C++) TexLive (C++) gfortran-4.3.3-snapshot (C) ...
