I downloaded only cygwin to a flash drive. Later when I tried to do another download on a different PC it did not find any of the previous download and told me I needed everything. My guess is since it was done on a different PC it was either the fact that there were no previous registry enteries or that the flash drive was given a different drive letter. I did do this a while ago so either :- a) the setup.exe has been 'fixed' so this does not happen or b) it still does this and I need to know if there is a work around.
