Hi

It would be nice to finally get rid of /usr/man and /usr/info at least
for 1.7.

Currently the following packages still use /usr/info:

  ed
  groff
  time

and the following /usr/man:

  bsflite
  dejagnu
  dpkg
  expect
  groff
  jgraph
  par
  pine
  popt
  psutils
  rpm-build
  rpm-doc
  tcltk
  xinetd
