Looks like a DNS problem.  Do you have a 127.0.0.1 <-> localhost mapping
in your $SYSTEMROOT/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file?  Does forward and
reverse lookup for localhost and 127.0.0.1 work outside of sshd?
