Rather than putting putting it in a directory, it's better to let
the crontab command do it.  Put those two lines in crontab.txt:

crontab crontab.txt

 > then I create prova.sh as follow

 > SHELL=/bin/sh                                       
 >                                                     
 > touch /home/Proprietario/prova_cron                 
 > echo 'cron funziona' > /home/Proprietario/prova_cron

Make sure the first line is
#!/bin/sh

And make them executable:
chmod +x prova.sh
