  Binutils list, and the legendary simple testcase would be nice.  (I
appreciate it might not be obvious how to reduce it from some big dll build,
but if you decide to have a go, it's probably a combination of bss-directed
(non-initialised) symbols interacting with dllimport/export somehow).
