$TMP and $TEMP both point to
"/cygdrive/c/Users/ADMINI~1/AppData/Local/Temp".

Here is where it tries to find and source the files in profile.d but it
can't because of something odd going on with $TMP.  You'll probably need
to modify the file to echo the value of $TMP in order to debug this
further.
