Ok, I've found the solution after many hours with my friend Google ...

must add CC="gcc -mno-cygwin" on the confiure line :

./configure CC="gcc -mno-cygwin" --build=core2-pc-cygwin 
--host=i686-pc-mingw32 --enable-cxx --disable-static --enable-shared
