 The above error occured when I was trying to execute
 the rsh from the Latest Cygwin Version 1.5.25-7 on a
 Windows Vista machine.
 
 I replaced the cygwin1.dll with the cygwin1.dll 
 obtained from the http://cygwin.com/snapshots/
 2007-12-21 (last update 2007-12-21 15:11 GMT). It
 seemed to work. Do you know when you would be
 incorporting the cygwin1.dll from the above snapshot
 into an official release.
