It seems that a good algorithm has yet been coded in the GAMMA
implementation of CERNLIB
(http://wwwasdoc.web.cern.ch/wwwasdoc/shortwrupsdir/c302/top.html,
http://cernlib.web.cern.ch/cernlib/download/2006_source/src/mathlib/gen/c/gamma64.F),
because with that implementation the test I posted passes...
