My apologies to those who wanted a copy of setpgrp.c from:
  http://pmcferrin.homedns.org/setpgrp.c
I see from the logs that there were several failed attempts.

I inadvertently created a symbolic link setpgrp.c to itself.  It has now 
been corrected.
