$SYSTEMROOT:$SYSTEMROOT/System32 is not needed, since native windows 
loads an exe with dll dependencies in $SYSTEMROOT/System32 and empty 
PATH correctly. Some CreateProcess magic.
So only some similar /usr/bin magic is required.
