Hi

I am using the lastest cygwin snapshot 20070810 source base. I cannot
spawn more than 256 processes. I tried changing CHILD_MAX and
OPEN_MAX to increase the limit but the same limit applies in my test
programs.

Is there a way to increase the limit?
