Ah, perfect.  I think I see what's happening.  The pkgsource.Cached()
value is NULL if it was never successfully downloaded, which means bad
news when we unconditionally try to use it in md5_one() as:

    std::string fullname (pkgsource.Cached ());

Can you please try <http://cygwin.com/setup/snapshots/setup-2.575.exe>
and see if it fixes the issue?  This checks that Cached () is not NULL
before trying to MD5 the nonexistant file.
