I am not.

For example, I found useful to build Emacs with GCC-4.0.3 and 4.0.4 (see
the title here:
http://www.webalice.it/angelo.graziosi/emacs-22.1.release.README), while
using the current GCC-3.4.4-3 in Cygwin, the resulting Emacs build always
segment faults, and I was not able to understood the reason (nor with the
help of some Emacs developpers)
