Can you describe what the problem is? 
If your cron job doesn't run, how do you know it doesn't?
20 15 * * *  mean 3:20 PM every day, which doesn't match the comments
in the crontab.

What are the cron related entries in the Windows event log?
Are there /home/regression/cron.log file and/or /tmp/cron-XXX files
with useful info?
