From above output you see that I am getting different sets of
environement variables.
When I login with ssh command to same machine 127.0.0.1 I am NOT able to
see
JAVA_HOME,DB2TEMPDIR environment variables.

========================================================================

Please advise.

Thanks

I'm batting 1000 today. I missed that you said you were using password
authentication with 'ssh'. So let's go back to the beginning. Please
read
and follow the problem reporting guidelines outlined here:

<http://cygwin.com/problems.html>

In addition to those general guidelines and requested info, please
include
sample results from the machine in question both before and after sshing
in.
