are you using Windows XP? 98? 2000? Vista?
it would be _really_ helpful to know what you're running.
all you have to to is run cygcheck -s -v- r
attach that and we can help you alot.
another note: check the postinstall script for libusb-win32 - it might
not run (bleh)/libusb-install. if it doesn't, PGA (
