Hi

cygport unconditionally excludes files starting with config* when
diffing to create the source patch file. So the resulting
<package>-<version>-<release>-src.tar.bz2 archiv could be broken for
somebody who wants to recreate a package from source.

This for example happens when trying to port xpdf or xemacs-21.5.27 to
the cygport build framework.

Is it possible to have an option to include the relevant patched files ?

Ciao
  Volker
