I've updated the version of file to 4.20-1.

This version is an update to the official version 4.20.  This is mainly
a security bugfix release, fixing a buffer underflow vulnerability. See

The Cygwin version is build from the vanilla sources.


To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
