I've observed the following message with the latest Cygwin running on Vista: 7 [sig] emacs 2476 C:\cygwin\bin\emacs.exe: *** fatal error - called with threadlist_ix -1 Both times emacs was idle and not being used when it happened, although there were other running processes on the system. I've seen a number of posts about the same error in other programs but I haven't come across any solutions. Suggestions for how to prevent this error would be much appreciated. Other posts to this list that mention the same error message: http://sourceware.org/ml/cygwin/2006-07/msg00602.html http://sourceware.org/ml/cygwin/2006-10/msg00295.html http://sourceware.org/ml/cygwin/2006-12/msg00754.html http://sourceware.org/ml/cygwin/2006-02/msg00883.html Thanks Martin -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
