I have not run cygwin for a long while on my win98. I think the only real use 
I have had of the dll was with clamav. I usually scan the windows from by 
Debian boot. However, keeping a win9* dll available for such applications is 
desirable I think.

I guess once support for Win98 is gone, I will simply reclaim the disk space 
and make more room for real linux :-)
