I've made a new version of the Cygwin DLL and associated utilities
available for download. This is a pure bug fix release. It also
enables basic operations on Windows Vista 64.
The 1.5.23-2 release fixes a packaging bug which resuls in spurious
prob;ems when trying to link agains libg.a. Otherwise the release
is functionaly equivalent to the 1.5.23-1 release.
Below the fixes compared to 1.5.22-1 again. This time including
the newlib bugfixes by Eric Blake.
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
