I suppose that's possible (anything is). But I would think that the
body of the description with the context in which it applies would
make it pretty obvious if one thought about it. While I didn't want
to ignore the TOFU situation, I was even more concerned about emphasizing
quoting of raw email addresses is bad.

Certainly this and quoting raw email addresses could be offered as
guidelines in <http://cygwin.com/problems.html>. Care to offer a
patch?
