To the maintainer (who I believe Charles Wilson):

It would make mkshortcut and readshortcut even more useful if they could
handle *url shortcuts, in addition to the currently handled *.lnk
shortcuts.

And thanks for all the work you've put into cygutils and into cygwin in
general.
