Using Windows XP PRO and the latest cygwin and rsync (2.6.6-1), rsync hangs with 100% CPU usage. Simple case, from a bash, I: cd /cygdrive/c/tmp/pics rsync tmp1/ tmp2/ tmp1 contains some JPG files and tmp2 is empty. My parents computers. rsync used to work, but has stopped working. I did a clean and new install. Tried removing things from running, but they use different virus software, etc. My opinion is that rsync has not changed, but something new is now running that is foiling rsync. Has anyone else seen this?
