Read the man page for 'mkpasswd' and apply the appropriate switch when
you recreate the '/etc/passwd' file (-h if I'm not mistaken, though
I may be remembering wrong).  Alternatively, if you know what you're
doing, just edit the '/etc/passwd' file and change your home directory
to whatever you like.  If you must, you can also set HOME in your
Windows environment to the directory you want.  When Cygwin starts,
it will use this value to override all others set.
