Read the man page for 'mkpasswd' and apply the appropriate switch when you recreate the '/etc/passwd' file (-h if I'm not mistaken, though I may be remembering wrong). Alternatively, if you know what you're doing, just edit the '/etc/passwd' file and change your home directory to whatever you like. If you must, you can also set HOME in your Windows environment to the directory you want.
