The command line options were just a regergitation of the available options. 
I'm having trouble running with and without options.
We do have a custom build but it seems to be a local machine issue since it 
works on some and not on others.

I did get a bunch of DEP messages on that machine when I logged in this 
morning.

I excluded steup.exe and was able to run it.
