  It's right that it is missed out, but it's wrong because it wasn't supposed
to be!  I'm not sure where it went, I think perhaps I got mixed up between gdc
and gm2.

  I'm afraid I don't have access to my build machine until later tonight; I'll
upload it then.  Apologies for the inconvenience.
