You don't need to send the same message to the list twice.
Once is plenty.

Did you read and follow the entire FAQ entry, including the
bit about "read winsup/cygwin/how-cygtls-works.txt and the sample code in
winsup/testsuite/cygload to understand how this works"?  If
the "short version" listed in the FAQ is not enough
information for you to get it to work, then you should look
at the more detailed information and example in the source.
